Overview:

You can create a profile, create your advert (s), and search for free! However, to list your advert(s) on our website, and to access contact details for other users we have Paid Premium Areas, and Free Areas. Premium areas are locations that incur a flat fee to list in (see locations/ prices listed above). Only high volume city centres require a payment, otherwise the site is free! We have chosen these areas based on population and on popularity, and by the volume of service we provide for the chosen areas.

Upload up to 4 adverts:

You can upload up to 4 adverts in total in any area you chose, either to advertise a property or to search for a property.

Fees are based on the area you are listing your advert in:

For example if you are living in Oxford, and are advertising / searching for a property in Oxford you will have to create a profile and advert, but this is free. However, if you are living in Oxford, but are advertising / searching for a property in London you will have to pay a Premium Area fee to list this advert as it is in a Premium area.

Fees are based on the information you can access:

For Example: if you are living in Oxford, and are searching for a property in Oxford you will be able to search and access contact details for that search. However, if you are living in Oxford, but are searching for a property in London you will be able to see the listings, but will have to pay a fee to see the contact details, as this is a Premium Area.

We offer several Premium Areas listings periods:

We offer 7, 14, 28 and 56 day paid listing periods to allow you to have everything from a sneak peak, through to a extended listing / searching period.

Listings are dependant on the Premium Areas payment period chosen.

For example: if you chose the payment Option for 7 days: and list a ‘Property offered’ advert on day one, and a ‘Property Wanted’ advert on day 3, both will expire on day 7. This can be renewed at any time if you want to extend your payment period.

Fee upgrades:

If you are in a free area or have paid for a lower priced Premium Area, and want to list or access contact details in a higher value area all you need to do is pay the difference.

All Free Areas and Premium areas adverts will need to be accessed or reactivated every 7 days:

We do this to keep the listings up to date, but this can be done for as long as you like.

You can still search for properties with our basic search for free!

This will provide you with access to our full property listings, and contact details for those looking outside our Premium areas. In order to get the contact details for our Outlet Premium Areas you will have to pay a nominal fee based on the Payment Period you have chosen.
