Company Structure:
Outlet Group Ltd. is an organisation that promotes the expansion of the services offered under the Outlet name.
Within the Group there are currently 7 distinct companies:
Outlet Property Management - traditional 'hands on' management service for central London (Zone 1 & 2). Everything from residential lettings through to full property management. It also handles residential sales.
Outlet Short Lets – Specialises in finding alternate accommodation to a hotel at a fraction of the costs. All apartments come fully furnished and are renewable on a weekly or monthly basis for the ultimate flexibility.
Outlet Residential - matching internet information. A sophisticated and effective way of advertising your flatshare, apartment or house throughout the UK.
Outlet Commercial Property – Specialising in acquiring leased premises for businesses from everything such as offices and retail units through to restaurants, bars and clubs. Also oversees the purchase of freehold buildings in central London.
Outlet Commercial Finance – Specialises in arranging finance for all types of property investment, both residential and commercial. Its skill lies in matching investor to the most appropriate lenders, enhancing value and returns from day one.
Outlet Holidays (UK) Serviced rooms and apartments in central London. Ideal for holiday or short stays from a single nights hire through to long weekends and several weeks. All in the thriving Soho and Covent Garden district
Outlet Spain - Serviced rooms and apartments in Barcelona, Sitges and across Spain. Ideal for holidays and short stays.
Outlet Group is always looking to extend its range of services and welcomes approaches by individuals and other companies with the aim of joining forces to create new and inspired business adventures.
History:
1995: Created and launched by Darren Brady
1996: Moved into Covent Garden. Glenn Davidson joins as Director.
1997: Expanded into Old Compton street offices. Outlet holidays launched.
1998: Joshua Rafter joins the team.
2000: New interactive web service launched.
2001: Outlet Property Management created.
2003: Outlet Sales and Lettings - Brighton created. Offices opened by Stephen Stone.
2004: Outlet Spain created by Sarah Rochford, Emma Gummer and Glenn Davidson. Offices open in Sitges, Barcelona.
2005: New website launched by Outlet Residential.
2006: (August) Outlet Commercial Property is launched.
2006: (September) Joshua Rafter takes sole ownership of the company.
2007: (January) Outlet launches the Time Out flatshare service.
2007: (February) Outlet Short Lets department is opened.
2007: (March) Outlet Commercial Finance is formed.
2007: (May) The OPM website begins its rebuild.
